How to become a good government

A good government should always think about the problems faced by HER residents and contribute to them by giving a better living environment.
Hence, to become a good government, SHE should has a good education system. A good education system will help the country to grow in other aspects.
How?
A highly educated and morale leader will manage the country effectively.

1. Local University Admission
The government shouldn't set the admission requirement of the local universities too low. One of the minimum requirement should be having a CGPA of 3.00 (max. CGPA = 4) during Matriculations or Pre-U regardless to the races and religions. This method can create a more competitive stage for the students. For those weaker students, they have to face the truth and work as construction labours. Hence, the government won't need to "import" any labour workers.

2. Government Job Security
Why many overseas professionals or ministers are HER people?
Why HER people can become ministers of other countries? Serving for other countries?
Why HER people who have high reputation in particular field working in other countries?
The government should also hire workers according to their performance. For those who are not performing well, should be fired. The chances should be given to the more capable people again regardless to the races and religions. So, they will realise that there is no more security of their jobs and they will start to work seriously. But the main objective of this method is to prevent brain drain.

3. Humans' Nature Needs
Human is a special living creature. If something can be easily get or given by someone, he/she won't feel any appreciation! Instead, he/she will only satisfied when he/she got it through their efforts and will more appreciate of it! That's the reason why those who have been aided by government are lack of motivation.

4. Special Privilege
Privilege is given by government to the majority race or religion in one country. Actually this privilege can be the stumbling block of a developing country. By enjoying the privilege, the majority race or religion will lose the motivation to fight for themselves. Everything seems like spoon fed. They will become less competitive sooner or later. On the other hand, the more independent residents will be more motivated to get what they want due to external influence.

BUT special privilege can act as motivation for them. Not saying that don't give to them but it should come together with terms and conditions. For example, when you get your thing/task done, then you can enjoy particular privilege. The more you give, the more you get. Hence, if you don't do anything, you won't get any privileges.
